Diana Theodores
Dr Diana Theodores is an executive performance coach, speaker and international facilitator. Originally from New York, Diana worked for 25 years as a theatre director, choreographer, author, broadcaster and lecturer.
She promotes the principles of 'great performance' on the world stage for business leaders, teams and individuals. Diana passionately believes that the performing arts offer inspirational models for 21st century corporate vision, leadership development and personal potential. Through her groundbreaking presentations, master classes and workshops Diana offers an irresistible invitation for each of us to connect to our unique creative force and our capacity to communicate inspirationally. "Great performances bring you to your feet. You feel 'more' in every way: more hope, more resolved, more motivated, more alive, more passionate and more courageous. This is the power of inspiration - a power that can change people, move organizations and galvanise great things in the world."
Diana regularly leads programs in High Impact Performance, Leadership Development, Communications and Presentations and Creativity at Cranfield (UK), the IMI (Ireland), and the Banff Centre (Canada). She is also an Associate of the Royal National Theatre, delivering programs through their corporate branch, Theatreworks.
Formerly a choreographer and theatre director, Diana staged productions at The Abbey Theatre, The Royal Court, The Gate Theatre, and the Samuel Beckett Centre at Trinity College Dublin where she was also Director of Movement Studies. Over the years Diana has worked with many well known actors, directors, choreographers and dancers. Diana holds a PhD from Trinity College, Dublin, Ireland, and an MFA from York University, Canada and a BA from Bennington College, USA. She is also a certified NLP coach from the NLP and Coaching Institute of California.
